A lively pedestrian only street during the day, with traditional and antiques shops. Only 25m away from C/Ferran, it is probably one of the most quiet and safe place by night in the Old Town. The apartment is located in the first floor of the building, so there are only a few steps to get there. I has 3 nice balconies. The apartment is fully equipped, a perfect self-catering place, be it for a few days or a whole month.IDEAL FOR... Its location and equipment make of this apartment the best option for one large family, 2 smaller families, or a group of friends travelling to Barcelona for tourist or even business reasons. The apartment has a capacity up to 8 persons. It has 2 twin bed rooms one double room with a sofa bed for 2 persons. On the living room ans separated by a curtain to have more privacy, you'll find another sofa bed for 2 persons more. The single beds are 2 meters long and sofa beds are queen size: 160x200 cm. If you are coming with a baby and need a cot, no worries, we'll provide it. An overview : An old and somewhat shaggy building, typical of the Old Town. Climb a few stairs to reach the flat. The dining room and the two main double rooms have a view to a pedestrian only street. They have therefore lots of daylight. Being on a first floor, there is not too much direct hot sunshine. - A single room with two separated spaces for the living and dining rooms. Queen size sofa-bed in the living room. - 1 main double room with 2 single beds. - 1 double room with queen size bed (very comfortable sofa-bed 160x200cm). - 1 double room with two single beds. - Independent and fully equipped kitchen. - One bathroom with shower and W.C. - A second independent W.C. OTHERS: Equipped with Air Conditioning & heating in the dining/living room, washing machine, dryer, color tv, Hi-Fi. Sheets and towels are provided, so you do not need to take anything with you. Minimum stay 4 days."
