| Hotel | 170-170 EUR | "I Due Laghi Country Relais is a delightful hotel situated in the homonymous Estate, which extends over about 200 hectares between the Lakes of Bracciano and Martignano. Although the hotel is located within a natural protected area, the Capital is easily reachable by car, train or regular bus in about 30 minutes. As a resort characterised by a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, this hotel is the ideal location for anyone wishing to relax in a charming place so close to Rome. Work groups of up to 50 people are welcome as well, since two large meeting rooms are available. The resort is highly appreciated for outdoor and incentive training. 25 Guest rooms double and triple bedded and 7 very elegant Suite and Junior Suite. Total 32 rooms. One of the rooms is equipped for disabled, with no architectoninc barriers. Two meeting rooms (20-70 persons) Swimming-pool in the summer (mt 25X12.5). Equestrian Center. Basket and tennis court. Walking & biking in the farm & natural park. The Restaurant ""La Posta De' Cavalieri"" The hotel restaurant, ""La Posta de' Cavalieri"", serves a high-quality local cuisine based on the recipes of the Mediterranean tradition. It uses mainly the genuine produce of the Estate such as meat, cheese, and lake fish. A few important sector guides, such as Guida Michelin, Gambero Rosso, Guida de l'Espresso, and Guida di Veronelli, renewed their confidence in our restaurant as regards their 2002 edition. Available on request: shiatsu massage, exercises similar to Tai Chi Quan, guided scuba diving open also to inexperienced guests (including a 2-day training and a visit to the ancient and submerged Etruscan harbour of Pirgy), equitation (trail riding and drag hunt), angling and netting helped by the professional fishermen of the Lake of Bracciano. Water sports - wind surfs, sailing boats, and kayaks can be hired from the water sports clubs which charge hotel's guests preferential tariffs. Guests can make excursions on foot or by bike following the trails in the natural park of Martignano." |
